What the fakt is "DO UT DES"?
General structure
Our mision is to build a strong and mature community that grows through our shared values and incentives. To achieve this, we will reward and incentivize community members based on their level of activity, engagement & value shared with the other members.
Each month, we will present a "President of the month award" to an outstanding individual from each of the three main pillars of the Equilibrium section. This initiative recognizes and celebrates the exceptional leadership and contributions of our members and inspires a culture of excellence and collaboration. There is a special reward for this individuals.
As part of our commitment to building a thriving community, we will host a variety of engaging activities and offer amazing rewards to all participants. We believe in the power of collaboration and aim to create the best community in the space. By fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity, we hope to inspire our community members to reach their full potential and achieve their goals together.
